1: Who are we?

2:What's the minimal quantity for the order?
We accept small quantity as the trial order for the standard product, but if the customer has specific requirement for the logo,the minimal quantity would be from 200pcs and 1000pcs for the customized exterior package.
3: When can I download the driver when there is no CD disk in the computer?

4: What's the payment term?
For the small quantity order, suggest 100% prepayment by TT, paypal, westunion etc.
For the bulk order, 30% prepayment, and the balance should be made before delivery by TT.
5: What's the lead time of production?
1-2 days for the sample order
2-3 days for (100-500pcs)
3-5 days for (500-1000pcs)
5-10 days for (over 1000pcs)
6: In which way you would ship the goods, and how long the goods can reach to destination?
DHL / UPS / TNT / FEDEX, 10-15 days to Europe, Africa, South America, Middle East; 7-10days to North America, Oceania, Asia.
