2:What's the minimal quantity for the order?
We accept small quantity as the trial order for the standard product, but if the customer has specific requirement for the logo,the minimal quantity would be from 200pcs and 1000pcs for the customized exterior package.
3: Where can I download the driver when there is no CD disk in the computer?
Pls go visit our website www.zjiang.com, from there, you can find the link. for all the label printers, it supports APP downloading. You only have to scan the qrcode provided in the mannual, it would tell you how to proceed.
4: What's the lead time of production?
1-2 days for the sample order
2-3 days for (100-500pcs)
5-7 days for (500-1000pcs)
Need to be negotiated (above 1000pcs)
6: In which way you would ship the goods, and how long the goods can reach to destination?
